1. Rental commences at 4pm and finishes at 10am sharp on the day of departure. 2. A 20% deposit, of total holiday cost, is required with your booking form. Deposits will only be refunded, in the event of cancellation, if an alternative booking is found, for that period at full list price, with a deduction for costs. Please note that bookings will be released without return of the deposit if the full balance is not received on the due date. 3. The balance, as per the invoice, to be paid in full a minimum of 8 weeks before commencement of tenancy. 4. Prices include electricity, water and use of swimming pool, grounds, etc. heating will be charged extra. 5. The price does not include final cleaning. Tenants are asked to leave the premises as they found them on arrival. Final cleaning can be done, for an extra charge of 70FF per hour. An extra cleaning charge will be made for houses left in an unsatisfactory condition. 6. Tenants are responsible for removing all rubbish from the property before departure, otherwise a charge will be made. 7. Tenants should bring their own bed linen, towels, etc..., but these may be hired on request, in advance, at a charge of £8.5 per person. The same charge will be made for laundering during tenancy if required. 8. Telephones are available in some houses. You will be able to make and receive calls. Telephone numbers will be given in advance. 9. A security deposit, depending on the size of the house, will be charged on the final invoice. This will be refunded in whole or in part on your return home, after the property has been checked. Your deposit may be delayed if there is a telephone in the property and it is necessary to wait for an itemized France Telecom bill. 10. No responsibility can be taken by owners for children playing in or near swimming pool, lakes or rivers. Children are NOT allowed in the swimming pool without adult supervision. No boats or dinghies in the pool. Swimming pool is NOT available in the Low season. 11. Maid service and baby-sitting can be arranged during your stay, at your charge. 12. You are advised to take out your own holiday insurance. 13. Friends visiting: We have no objection, as long as we are aware of their visit and that they do not encroach on the facilities used by our other guests. 14. Persons arriving who are not stated on the booking form will only be accommodated if space permits and on payment of the appropriate charges. |
